Once you've narrowed down your project goals, the Vélo IBIKE team will prepare a comprehensive proposal detailing clear pricing for each component and presenting viable alternatives.
Get It Built. On consultation day, we will take your precise measurements and finalize all build details. To secure your selected parts, a 50% deposit is required following the consultation. Should you decide not to proceed with the build, you will only be charged for the consultation time, unless a special-order item was requested (in which case a restocking fee may apply).
Rediscover Riding. We will notify you the moment your custom bicycle is ready. Once it has been fine-tuned by our mechanics, it’s time to hit the road and experience cycling like never before.

Please do not place online orders directly on their sites. Vélo IBIKE manages the entire importation process, including customs, duties, and professional assembly, on your behalf. Because we purchase in volume, it is often more cost-effective for us to bring the bike to you.
