Yes. The Velo IBIKE online store ships to all provinces across Canada. Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping (Canada only). Q: Can I ask Velo IBIKE to customize a bike?
Absolutely YES! We love to work with you to build your dream bike. You can do as little or as much you want. Meaning you can start with an off the shelf bike and swap key components, or start from the scratch with your favorite frame. We can provide expert advice on selecting and sourcing components. This is an awesome experience that will provide you with a one of a kind bike that gives you an unique ride. The price will obviously depend on the quality/uniqueness of the selected components. While a fully custom bike tends to be more expensive than an off the shelf bike, swapping some components will generally just have the incremental cost corresponding to the difference in parts price and some installation fee. Yes. Velo IBIKE offers several high-performance UCI-approved carbon road bikes available for purchase online and in-store in Canada. Velo IBIKE is one of Canada's leading specialists in velodrome cycling. The track inventory includes complete bikes, framesets, wheels, and components from brands such as Dolan (Pre Cursa, DF4, DF5), Velobike Innovation (M2 frameset, sprint handlebars, chainrings), Handsling (TR2evoP and TR2evoS), State Bicycle Co. (6061 Black Label). We customize bikes with a component swap from the stock model, or a build up from your favorite frame. While Velo IBIKE's primary keeps Spherik commuter e-bikes in stock (SEL, SLU, SES), we can order premium products specially for you in all cycling modalities. Q: Does Velo IBIKE sell used bikes?
No. Velo IBIKE sells only new products. Sometimes, we offer demonstrators (Demo) models at discounted price in store. These products are new and sold with warranty but may have occasional scuffs and scratches. Eventually IBIKE may sell bikes comming out of the rental services.

Q: Does Velo IBIKE offer bike storage for the winter in Montreal?
Yes. Velo IBIKE offers a winter storage service for cyclists who do not have adequate space at home or who want to protect their bike during the harsh Montreal winter. Storage is available for a period of 4 months from the date of entry, at the following rates:

IBIKE does not offer in store bike fitting, but we work with different providers to facilitate the booking and ensure you have access to the adequate service you need.
