Bike repair

• Do you repair bicycles?

  Yes.

• Do you repair electric bikes?

  We commit to carrying out repairs on the electric bikes that we have sold. For other bikes, repairs are done on a case-by-case basis and only for mechanical issues unrelated to the electronic system.

• Should I make an appointment?

  No. You come with your bike, we will take it, and repair it in turn.

• What are the repair timeframes?

  Between 2 and 4 days on average, depending on our workload. Expect a call and an email from us to notify you when the bike is ready.

• What are your tune-up services?

  We offer three different and incremental tuning packages:

  Tiluxe Tune-Up ($75):

  • Adjustment of brakes and gears
  • Bike cleaning
  • Bolt tightening
  • Chain lubrication
  • Tire inflation

  Deluxe Tune-Up ($140):

  • Tiluxe Tune-Up
  • Complete disassembly and cleaning of the drivetrain (chain, cassette, crankset, derailleurs)
  • Wheel alignment and cleaning

  Groluxe Tune-Up ($280):

  • Deluxe Tune-Up
  • Complete disassembly, cleaning, greasing, and reassembly of the bike

   

  In all cases, we will contact you if there are any unforeseen issues or parts that need replacing.
