Delays
Whether a shipment or in store pick up, allow a minimum of 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has shipped or we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Delivery
veloibike.ca offers you free shipping in Canada for most of your purchases over $99*.

* Please note that some conditions apply and that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. Orders containing large or very heavy items may result in additional shipping charges.
* Please also note that delivery service is not available for some bikes ex: Electric Bike (pick up in store only, please contact us to determine the terms and conditions).

In-store pickups

We will contact you by email when your order is ready to be picked up. In the meantime, please prepare the following documents for pickup:

  • A valid form of ID
  • The credit card used for the online order
  • A copy of the invoice

Please note that the cardholder must pick up the order. You cannot send someone else to pick it up.

Purchases
Credit card purchases - All purchases generated by e-commerce must be made using a credit card or Paypal account. For security and convenience reasons, we ask all those who place credit card orders to do so through our secure online site.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online at a regular price, you can exchange it or get a refund in store or by mail (at your expense) within 15  days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Any product sold with a 20% discount or more on its original price is considered a final sale.

To make a return you must have a return number, contact us at (438) 380-5811 or by email at [email protected]. You can either go to the store with your proof of purchase or return the item(s) by mail, at your expense.

Please note that the following items are not exchangeable or refundable: bicycles, shorts, bibs, tires, tubes, bottles, lubes & cleaners, gift cards and items on special order.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected. If the item you have returned to us is not in new condition, this item will be returned to you and you will have to assume the shipping costs. If we have informed you that we have refunded you, don't worry, credit card refunds can take up to ten bank days to appear in your account. If you have paid by PayPal, your funds will be refunded to your PayPal account.
