iBike Montreal honours the warranties of all items sold online or in store, with some exceptions.

iBike Montreal does not guarantee against breakdowns or damage caused by misuse, such as, but not limited to, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper or negligent use, use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.

iBike Montreal does not cover the general wear and tear of tires, tubes, brakes, brake and transmission cables, brake pads, plates, chains, cassettes, rims, etc.
