- Contact us for a Free Consultation: Contact us to schedule a complimentary consultation. This allows us to understand your riding needs, preferences, and budget.
- Choose your components: Select your preferred spokes,hub, rim, and any other specialized parts. We can also special-order most partsfrom leading brands such as Shimano, SRAM, DT Swiss, Mavic, Carbonal, Corima,Reynolds, Miche, Alpina and many more. Simply get in touch with your requirements.
- Receive a Quote & Deposit: Following our discussion,we will provide a detailed quote. A deposit will be required to commence your custom build.
- Pick Up & Pay Balance: Once your wheels are meticulously hand-built and ready, we will notify you for pickup. The remaining balance will be due upon collection.
Custom wheel builds can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on component availability and complexity. You will be provided with an estimated completion time during the quoting process.
